About
My passion and purpose is to help others find their way back to themselves. It was my curiosity and interest in dialectics that drew me to the arts and as an art teacher I learned much about mindfulness. It was also curiosity and a love for exploration that led me to study counseling psychology. I graduated from Pacific University with a master’s in Counseling Psychology in 2016 and pursued training in mindfulness-based somatic and attachment therapy. I hold a License of Mental Health Counseling in New York and North Carolina.
